There is no subject for the exhibition (open theme).
Artists, who are going to submit their work, will receive a certificate from honorary personalities
There will be a chance to sell your work.
For gallery exhibitions, artwork will be offered for sale. Not-for-sale prints are acceptable.
ARTIST_BIOGRAPHY
When submitting your entries, we ask that you provide a short bio (max within 100 words), written in first person. Tell us a little bit about yourself: your artistic training, your artistic inspiration, media choice, any special techniques used, any prior exhibitions… anything that you like our patrons and visitors to know about you. Also, include your website URL.
i. In the final evaluation, we will select the artist who has provided us with a complete bio, rather than an artist who did not. Therefore it is important to provide this information in a proper format. Poorly written bios or any bios that have exceeded the word limit will be edited by our members keeping the information intact.
IMAGE_SUBMISSION
i. Submitted images should be in JPEG format and at least 1,600 pixels wide for a horizontal image or 1,600 pixels tall for a vertical DPI - 300.
ii. All photographs should include the following information in the EXIF data/metadata.
iii. There will be shown 2 Pictures as Best of TWO out of Five. So participant can send up to 5 photos
iv. Caption or description (a short description that is not more than 50 words per photograph) is necessary. Include when and where the photograph was first published, if applicable.
v. Location where the photograph was taken ( place, city, country etc).
vi. Date when the photograph was taken(approx)
vii. All entries must be original completed work
viii. The photographer(s) must be the author(s) of the pictures submitted in his/her Name with Short Bio , Contact Number & a photo of himself/herself.
ix. Cloning is not allowed.
x. Do not send images of your artwork, which are framed or contain watermarks.
xi. Images will be judged based on originality, creativity and clarity.
xii. Send us the title of the work.
xiii. Image should not exceed 5MB
xiv. Image should be clear and in focus. Please remember that this image represents your standard of work.
SUBMISSION_FEES
* Arist will pay 950/- as submission fees after selection.
* If artist's work gets selected then Artist have to give the submission fees. Otherwise no Entry Fee needed.
*Entry fees are not Refundable except for any infliction from our side.
